This may include, where applicable, original films, episodes, stories, scripts, characters, character names, fictional worlds, artwork, illustrations, 3D models, visual designs, animations, graphics, music, sound recordings, photographs, written materials, logos, and other original creative works displayed or distributed through this website (collectively, the “Content”).

All rights not expressly granted to a visitor or customer are reserved.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as transferring ownership of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights to a visitor, customer, renter, purchaser, subscriber, or other user.

2. Personal Licence for Purchased or Rented Content

4. Music Downloads

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a music download provides a personal licence to listen to and use the purchased recording for ordinary personal purposes.

A music purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording.

Unless expressly authorized, customers may not:

redistribute or resell the recording;
upload the recording to streaming, file-sharing, social-media, or other distribution platforms as a substitute for purchasing or licensing the Content;
make the recording available for download by others;
incorporate the recording into another commercial work without appropriate permission;
claim authorship or ownership of the recording;
sublicense, sell, or transfer the rights granted through the purchase.

Commercial use, synchronization, public performance, sampling, remixing, or other uses may require separate written permission or licensing.

5. No Unauthorized Recording or Re-Hosting

Visitors and customers may not intentionally record, capture, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Content where such activity is not expressly authorized.

This includes attempts to reproduce Content through screen recording, audio recording, screenshots, photography, capture software, browser tools, external recording devices, or other technical means.

6. Original Characters and Fictional Worlds

Original characters, character names, fictional settings, story elements, visual designs, artwork, 3D models, lore, narratives, and other original creative elements created by Patrick John Lee and associated with his original creative works are reserved to the extent of the rights owned by Patrick John Lee.

Without prior written permission, no person may use protected Content to create, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit unauthorized derivative works based upon it, including but not limited to:

derivative character designs;
unauthorized adaptations;

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights that applicable law independently grants to the public, including legally protected criticism, commentary, review, parody, or other lawful activities.

7. Names, Branding and Identifying Elements

Unless permission is expressly granted, Content may not be used to falsely suggest that a person, company, creator, character, product, service, production, game, film, or other project is officially affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Patrick John Lee.

Names, logos, titles, character names, fictional-world identifiers, and other branding elements may be protected by copyright, trademark, passing-off, unfair-competition, or other applicable laws depending on the particular element and jurisdiction.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Patrick John Lee does not authorize the use of his original Content for unauthorized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning purposes.

This restriction is intended to reserve Patrick John Lee’s rights and state that permission for such uses is not granted through this website.

9. No Extraction or Systematic Collection
